Senior Managing Director and COO, in charge of Administration Unit

Mr.Shiozawa was appointed as Senior Managing Director and COO of IEEJ in June 2022. Before joining IEEJ,he served at Chubu Electric Power Company where he was engaged in making corporate planning and strategy as executive officer. Earlier,he played an important role in planning power system of Chubu Electric Power Company including power stations,substations,and transmission lines. He was in charge of corporate planning of C-Tech which was the subsidiary of Chubu Electric as director. He has the bachelor’s degree and master degree of the University of Tokyo,faculty of engineering. He is the professional engineer of electrical and electronics department.
